Has anyone played Carling Lake this year

Planning to go next week. They have a special on Thursdays for seniors.$45 +tax. Use to go every year 20 years ago.

please let me know the conditions. We were there about 3 years ago and was terrible

played there a couple of times last year and it was in nice shape , have not been back yet this year but plan on it. I heard the hotel and restaurant has reopened this summer so it seems like they have some investors sinking some $ into the hotel and course which is a good thing.

played there 3 weeks ago and the greens were atrocious... not a smooth roll on one of them. Beautiful track but not worth playing until conditions improve

I played Carling Lake yesterday morning, a couple of the greens are still spotty and most are rolling slow but are in good shape. Fairways and tee boxes are in good condition. A nice paced 4 hour round , 4 players riding. I try to play CL a couple of times a year, it is a challenging course and I always enjoy my rounds there. The staff are very welcoming and accomodating. Will go back later in the season.

not sure of your age Felix but this may be an option for you , I am 60+ but still working so hard for me to take advantage yet

Senior Thursdays for ladies and men (60+) from June 2 till closing 48,00 plus taxes. The cart portion of a players cart is included.

House beer is $5.50 Tax included on Thursdays only!

Thanks I am 75 and still playing with cart of course. I appreciate the info thanks. When we go it will be a Thursday for sure. My guys are all 60s to 82. 82 who is the oldest and still shoots his age or better LOL
