Gee, where have they been this whole time? And why haven't they refunded your money?

THE RESPONSE;
Sean Smith has discussed your situation with me and shared the e-mails you sent to him regarding the PureLaunch.
Upon review of the content of your correspondence and conversations with Sean it is clear you intend to violate numerous agreements and laws given the opportunity. From your e-mails we understand you intend to violate the Zelocity software license agreement, third-party software agreements, and intellectual property laws protecting our products, copyright law and trade secrets for your own purpose or gain. Since your intent is to clearly violate these laws we have issued you a Zelocity credit for your PureLaunch and software purchase.
As Sean explained, Zelocity has a “no refund” policy for our products. If you are unhappy with a product purchased from us then we will accept that product as a return towards other Zelocity products or services. Per our records we show you have an existing credit of $4,900. You may use your credit towards the purchase of the Zelocity PureFlight, PureBalance or PureContact products. Sean is happy to discuss each of these products with you to best use your credit balance.
Best regards,
Ken Starr
Co-Founder
Zelocity Corporation

MY RESPONSE
Ken
l now see that you have cancelled the contract for the Zelocity tracker and issued a "Credit".
l have not been provided with any Zelocity software license agreement, third-party software agreements, and intellectual property laws protecting your products, copyright law and trade secrets.
My emails are clear- your product does not measure what you claim and I intended to sue your company for misrepresentation. To do so I would be required to product evidence to the Court and thus the independent testing.
Now you have cancelled the contract I an entitled to my money back. Can I be so rude as to suggest yon confirm this with a lawyer.
Please confirm you will refund so I may provide you with bank details.
I confirm I do not wish any other Zelocity product.

That's tucked up. Using bs lies to give you a credit for a product you never received.
Scumbags. Don't anybody ever buy from these scammers.
Perhaps you can get the products that work and then sell them on Ebay?

No Zmax they give me the $ back or I call the police. If they don't want to get involved I sue and they pay my costs, including travel and accommodation.
They cannot cancel the contract and offer other products I don't want, contract law don't work that way.

I agree. It's going to be tuff. Keep us posted on your progress. I hope you get your money back. The more they delay your refund, the more we post here, and the more the word will get out. They have a lot to lose here but too dumb to realize it.

I'm glad to see you're not backing down on this CPA, a company like this should be shut down and perhaps this may hasten its demise.

Wow CP!! My apologies to you. This is unreal. I agree with ZMax, it would be just in their best interest to refund you.
