I played the Legacy Golf Resort at the end of March. For twilight it was $75.00. Included cart and use of practice facility. At that time it was after 2pm. A nice course a LPGA event was played there in 2000. Everything was first class. Good luck.

Phoenix Golf
I have played there a few times in the last 5-8 years
The best bet is WWW.GOLF602.com you would need internet access to be eligible for discounts but it is a very good service.Stay away from the Muni's (except Dobson Ranch)
There are close to 200 courses in the valley ,obviously travel is a consideration you can easily travel 1-1 1/2 hours for your tee time.
Bring your "A" Game
Have Fun
