With those timelines, I doubt they will have time to grow the greens/fairways in time for 2022. Glad I moved on to another club.

depends what they mean by renovation end date. If it means the grass is in and ready to go then it should be.

I have never played a course with 18 temporary greens As I remember from working on courses it takes almost 2 years to regrow a green in our zone.
Does the 2nd hole-n-one come easier ?

Probably also required to get some extra yardage to meet the yardage requirement that was part of the deal.

Drove by today, the grass is growing very well and the tee boxes and greens look great. Some good changes on a number of holes with quite a few new green complexes. I’d post pics but this site sucks for that.
