With those timelines, I doubt they will have time to grow the greens/fairways in time for 2022. Glad I moved on to another club.

True..... How long does it take to grow a green enough to play on it.... All the greens were stripped, not to mention the new holes are nowhere near ready for anything. Time will tell I guess.......

We redid the practice green at our club last fall. They seeded it in September and it's still not ready for play yet.

If they use sod instead of seed then it should be ready a lot faster.

I have never played a course with 18 temporary greens As I remember from working on courses it takes almost 2 years to regrow a green in our zone.

still a par 5, a bit longer with the green a bit closer to the clubhouse and hopefully more approachable with a long iron or hybrid.

The previous green wasn't very well designed.

Probably also required to get some extra yardage to meet the yardage requirement that was part of the deal.

Drove by today, the grass is growing very well and the tee boxes and greens look great. Some good changes on a number of holes with quite a few new green complexes. I’d post pics but this site sucks for that.

I agree. All other social/network platforms do not require compressing of files to post pictures...it is why most people say "PM for pictures"

I believe it is the back 9 opening first as per the previous message and they still needed to put sand in the bunkers, at least around 9 green. I think the changes to some of the green complexes will be a welcome sight and looking forward to playing it.
