Hey all,

Anyone who has a SkyTrak and has the Game Improvement plan might want to check their expiry dates. I got mine last year May 8, 2021, and it some how expired Feb 2, 2022, 3 months shy of a year, same for the warranty. Not sure what's going on at SkyTrak but they trying to take 3 month away. I contacted them via Chat and they told me I can renew my sub.....had to explain that I had emails with dates of payment showing when the year started. Hopefully the person does what they said they will do and change my end date to May 8, 2022 as it should have been.

Just letting people know incase you get that Time to Renew email earlier then you should.

Just an update:
I'm not sure why I was shorted 3 months but they were nice enough to give me an extension until August 2022.
This shows good customer service.
