I've been using Redfin. Since around 2018, house sold prices have to be made public. Redfin has pretty much all sold listings, including time on market, asking price, and sold price from the last 2 years.

NOTE: You DO have to create an account to access the sold listings. I created a dummy account and its been working for me. Check out the screenshot I attached for what it looks like.

For what its worth, it blew my mind the first time I saw the data haha.

But I believe the listing has to be located in Redfin's radius..for instance I was looking at a few in PEI but was not available on Redfin due to being out of their range
