Yup,great idea.Nice too see all those fathers out there with the kids.
I cant wait until my son is old enough to play!
One warning......If you plan on going with buddies and forget about the kids play free
week,be prepaired for long waits!
I made that mistake,2 and a half hour long 9 holes!
Oh well, had fun watching some of the young kids.Dirty...Mean...And Mighty Unclean.

Canadian took a different approach , free for the 9 hole course & 1/2 price for the 18 hole course. I could not believe how cheap they looked not giving free rounds during such a promotion. Especially considering we played Eagle Creek the previous day and my son was a freebie.

I took my step-daughter out last week after work to Falcon Ridge but was surprised that she was the only kid. Even the Raceview track was void of kids. Perhaps it was just a slow night.
Some people are like Slinkies... they're really good for nothing, ... but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs...

My wife took our son (aged 8) to Capital City on Bank Street Sunday afternoon for his first experience on a golf course (we have been to the range with him before). They got 10 holes in - it took 3 hours - but he enjoyed it immensely. Unfortunately, my daughter and I were travelling home from a baseball tournament in Brampton and were unable to join them.
$25 in green fees seemed a bit steep for this course, don't you think?

I think for kids it's crazy to pay that much. I payed $21 for nine holes at Raceway for my step daughter who just turned 13.
