Going back to Cali....

Well, not really Cali, but the current bag is very retro!!

Anybody else gaming "retro" sticks?

Driver: Titleist 983K 9.5 w/ NV stiff (had a 510TP last season and loved the smaller driver)
Fwy: Titleist 975F 14.5 and 18.5 with Rifle 5.5
Irons: Titleist 962, going to ditch the hybrid this year, just deciding if I will game the 2 iron or the 3 iron
Wedges: somewhat "newer" SM4
Putter: Cally SRT 3ball

Well, sort of, I have gone all PING this year and all the clubs are the 2018 models but I could not find a 2H so I pulled out an older Adams Super Idea XTD and I was really surprised at how well it performed, made me think twice about getting the newer PING

The Adams XTD line is top notch.....I keep coming back to those clubs even though I've had a sponsor change to Cleveland this year (ahem). Fun fact for those who didn't follow Adams and their awesome tech before Taylormade bought them out just to grab their patents and crush their spirit.....XTD stands for "Xtra Time and Dollars", i.e. whatever it takes to make the greatest thing out there.

I have several sets of XTD forged irons, the most amazing set they ever made before TM came along to rub them out, and my rare 8.0T XTD driver is a thing to behold. I'll never sell those...unless someone makes me a very attractive offer.
