    Webb Simpson penalty

    Another case of penalty woes. Just saw the interview on the GC.
    Dont know why he is complaining, seems pretty clear to me.
    What do guys think?

    Well he certainly doesn't know the rules. He said that previously if you moved your ball while searching the long rough, there wasn't a penalty AND NOW THERE IS !!!

    Amazing that these pro's are not up on the rules changes. You would think that it would be a plus for them.
