If you are driving and have the time, my favourite course of all time is Tobacco Road in Sanford, NC. It is worth the stop and the temps are still in the mid to high teens.

All good courses
I have played just about all the courses from Myrtle Beach to Shallotte NC and the four listed are good but I would skip World tour as there are better courses. Barefoot is over rated and over priced but any lodging there is good. One of my favourites is THE WITCh on 544. Can be wet so choose your day. The four cats courses just over the NC border are all great
I have been in MB in March when it's been in the high 80's and a few days later in the 40's. Usually it's in the high 60's low 70's.

WW Avocet is decent. Won't blow your socks off but we played in 2 and 3 years ago
World Tour haven't played
TPC haven't but its supposed to be real nice
KN is very nice
Look for a package deal if this isn't since most are offering $100 or $200 cards to use in the proshop, course, etc.
Legends has breakfast, lunch and 2 free beers me thinks. Add Oyster Bay to that and you've got a nice set of courses.I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

Dan just posted this:

what's the price of the one you posted above?
The Legends deal is probably the best value of any of those - all 5 courses are solid. The Big Cats is pretty good with 2 very strong courses and two average ones.I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

Beginning of March can be cool, mid-March is warmer. April is pretty much shorts weather.

The Legends golf deal is GREAT but be ready for a crowd. Make sure you play Oyster Bay as one of your courses.

Other great deals include The Rewards Package (includes a $100 Rewards Card) and PGA Specials (4 rounds $100 Gift Card, 5 rounds $150 Gift Card, 6 rounds $200 Gift Card). Reward and Gift Cards can be used on food, beverages, replays, clothing and equipment.

Take your boots
A good friend of mine who owned a condo in MB has been there since mid December and has been playing with a long time visitor from Montreal and they both said it is the quietest they have ever seen MB in January. They were talking with the starter at Aberdeen and he advised it is very very quiet but he blamed it on the weather. It has been cold and very wet.
I would suggest you stay away from any of the courses up along HWY 9 as they are usually wet but get ready for cart path only if things dont improve soon.

Thanks for the info. I am now looking for something allot cheaper in Florida. The Canadian dollar sucks and i dont fell like paying $1500 for 4 rounds of golf, flight and lodging. Seems expensive, Myrtle Beach is a close flight as well

Hey
I am looking at booking a trip to MB in few weeks for myself and my spouse. I have never been there before and i am a little overwelmed by all the packages, I am looking at legends and The Cats, which one is better and which courses are better

the Cats has two good courses and 2 average courses. Legends all 3 are good, but not as good as Tiger's Eye or Leopard's Chase - both fantastic courses, TE is one of my all time favourites. Legends you can play Oyster Bay (fantastic) and Heritage (solid) as well. Legends was including breakfast/lunch as well which made it a good deal. They are in different parts of town - will you be staying at the course? Cats are a long way from the ocean, legends a little less so. Also, Heritage and Oyster Bay are both a good haul from Legends if you are travelling there, Cats are all together on the same property. You can't really go wrong with either but a few other factors at play.
I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.
