Repairing cleat marks
In match play.
4 players individual matches.
Player A sees spike marks in his line. Comments on them but does not fix them.
He putts then fixes the cleat marks before all the other competitors have putted out.
Is that OK
Very small detail but sometimes you have lots of time on greens.
( I did not even bring it up...just curious)

That's ok providing the repair was not on another player's line of putt.
