Shipping clubs cost within Ontario?

Anyone have an idea the cost of shipping clubs (5-AW) within Ontario (Thunder Bay to Ottawa)?

I bought clubs from someone and we guessed what shipping might be.

Just go to canadapost.ca and click the Find a Rate link and input the likely box dimensions and weight - you'll have all your pricing options in a flash. You can even add insurance, signature etc. and see the likely total including taxes and everything.

fedex ground is usually the cheapest. you can use their online calculator similar to canada posts. Probably around $25-$30.

$30 is about right. I find the size of the box impacts the price far more than the weight of the shipment. You get hosed when shipping a single club compared to an entire set in the same box

I believe the rates shoot up if the box length is over 1m. I'm surprised to hear that Fedex Ground is a viable option - it's always been super expensive whenever I checked, but maybe I didn't dig enough...

For clubs Fedex Ground the way to go- there in 2 days. For smaller items (e.g. shirts, etc.) Canada post is generally the less expensive option.

CanPar has been by far the cheapest method I have used. FedEx charges an automatic $5 if the weigh-bill needs to be filled out at the store (FedEx account required to do it from home/office).

Another vote for FedEx ground, its all I will use. Have shipped a pile of clubs in the last few months and tired of the gouging Canpost and Canpar do. I can ship a club to South Carolina for cheaper with FedEx than I can with Canpar to Montreal... Hell, CanPost wanted to charge me $31 to ship some shaft pulls an hour and a half north of me.
