Nfl 2012-13
I was just going to post in Bouche's Fantasy Football thread, but I'm more interested in general NFL discussion, so I'll open a new one.
Is anyone else really stuck in their Survivor Pool at week 2? I guess I will take New England, every other game looks like a toss-up to me.
And how about my Bears? Big big week 2 test tomorrow night at Lambeau...Andrew

I have NE lined up right no in Week 2 as well. Used Houston Week 1.

I scraped through week 1 with Philly! Last second Vick heroics after some really awful football for 3 quarters. I think the picks get easier after the league settles in a bit.

I feel like changing my avatar today after that disgusting display at Lambeau last night. Ugh.

Ya that was a terrible game for the Bears. Kudos to the Packers special teams, that was an amazing display. 5 times they had to punt, and Hester was a non factor. And that fake on the field goal was unreal!
My Falcons are hosting Orange Peyton. Should be a high scoring affair.

I'm in mourning. What a way to lose, though they certainly deserved it. Arizona played better.

Wow, what a season so far. I like where my team is, especially the defense. We have a pretty soft schedule too. My Bears are undefeated since I got my free t-shirt.

A buddy of mine has survived since week 1 in a huge one: there are less than 25 still alive, and the pot is $107000!

How does an undefeated team only manage to put 3 points on the board??

There are not enough t-shirts in the world to help you if Jason Campbell is your new QB.

I was overjoyed watching the Pats demolish the Jets. Any humiliation of their coach is fine by me.
Did anyone else conclude that Tim Tebow is done? That seemed obvious to me when they didn't consider for a second putting him in. It makes one wonder why they retained his services.Proud member of the 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 Ottawa Golf Ryder Cup teams.

apparently tebow had a rib injury from the seattle game and would only play vs Pats in an emergency situtation. however, the 3rd string qb mcelroy? was inactive. which makes no sense. the jets think tebow with broken ribs is better than mcelroy? if they think that low of the kid then why is he on their roster? i think the reason for this is that rex has blind faith in sanchez and will stick with him till the end, no matter what. jets gave sanchez an extention last year and bring in a qb (tebow) who will not challenge sanchez for the starting job. rex will sink or swim with sanchez. i dont get it.

Tebow has a big contract accelerator if he plays a lot this year.

That should be a good game... Falcons have been pretty much average the last 2 weeks... Still love the Falcons. Julio Jones is awesome! If you think it's hard to meet new people, try picking up the wrong golf ball.

I have a buddy who is still alive in a survivor pool from week 1, large stakes. Donny: have any suggestions for him in week 13 (he survived yesterday with the Bengals).
He's used (not in order): Baltimore, Detroit, Green Bay, New England, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, San diego, San Fran, NYG, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati
Week 13 looks brutal. I told him the Bills or the Broncos. But not sure if he listens to me anyways, I went out week 2.Andrew
