Burke admitting to re-building again when he was not finished the first time is an admission of failure. Wilson's team style was offence first , leave the goalie out to dry , no banging. Carlyle's style is more jam, bang , roll up your sleeves and get dirty. Not many guys on the current roster fit the latter.
12/13 is Burke's last chance to get this right & not many GM's are going to be willing to help him land the players he wants and needs.
p.s I heard Kevin Lowe rented a barn in Lachute and has been training hard , maybe they'll be on the UFC 156 card somewhere in Canada next year ?

Rome wasn't built in a day you know.
Although at this point I think the Leafs are more in a Rome is burning while Nero fiddles situation.Not fat anymore. Need to get better at golf now!
