Scotty Teryllium Rust
Long story short, was washed in a backshop in malone, headcover slapped right on and the next day, boom rust.
The head was refinished a couple years ago so it was perfect before.
Any tips or trips to removing this safely?

0000 steel wool will get rid of the rust.

You can also try soaking a clean cloth in oil or silicone spray and give a good strong rub...will take the rest of the rust off and stop rust.

The steel wool worked perfectly. Still tough to get into a few nooks and crannys but looks much better.
Thanks

Just silicone it up because there is raw steel exposed now. A night in the garage with the thaw could have the rust back in no time at all.
