Casual water in next fairway over
Can you take releif? I don't know but Im guessing it's not considered "through the green" even though you are in "a" fairway.

All 'fairways' are Through The Green.

AANd rough is occonsidered "throgh the greem" too, cool, you can scratch a couple strokes of my cards this spring lol.
