Just another example of the NHL blowing a call and further cemented their reputation as a sub-par league with sub par management and sub par officiating (<-- maybe not that last one, he did get a major and a game misconduct).

Bottom line, NHL said they wanted to crack down on headshots, and given Cooke's latest suspension (approx 16 games, give or take?), I would say this deserves at least 5.
