    fake ping g5 set

    my friend bought one of these a few years back and I posted pictures on the site. He now wants to sell it, if he is upfront with the seller that they are fakes, can he get in any trouble? how much does one charge for fakes sets? they aren't knock offs, they are fakes

    I wouldn't advertise them as fake Pings on Ebay or anything, but to a private seller with full disclosure I doubt the Ping Police would track him down
    Of course he might have to lay low for a while... go on the lam so to speak
    As for value... well to me they're worth a case of beer tops. But to the indiscriminating buyers of fake OEM clubsets they could be worth as much as a couple hundred dollars.
