Superbowl Predictions
Alright, so we are now set. Pittsburgh vs. Arizona. What are your predictions for this one?? Another Arizona upset??

I can't see Arizona doing much against Pittsburgh's secondary. Warner has been very cool under pressure, but he likes to just heave it up and hope Fitzgerald makes an amazing play. That won't work against the Steelers. Barring big injury trouble, I can't see the Steelers losing.

Arizona (+6,5) vs Steelers...

I still can't believe that Arizona is even in the playoffs. It'll have to be Pittsburgh for me.

I'm rooting for Warner, cementing his induction in the hall of fame.

I think the Bears could pull off the upset, but if that doesn't happen, I'm betting on the Steelers.

I too would have to say the Steelers as their D is clicking right now and D wins championships. They better stop Fitzgerald though or their sunk!

He's already a Hall of Famer, Donny. 1 Super Bowl win, 2 more appearances, an MVP (or does he have two?)...
I like Arizona, unless it's pouring down rain. They are extremely mentally tough, as shown by that last drive yesterday, and the offensive coordinator demonstrated that he could look at a good defense and make the necessary adjustments.
I don't buy the Pittsburgh secondary, either, except for Polamalu. Two pass interference penalties on the goal line yesterday, on mediocre receivers. Arizona has THREE 1000 yard receivers.
And lastly, Whisenhunt and Russ Grimm, the Cardinals coaches, know the Steelers. That should come in REAL handy. (See Gruden vs. Raiders a couple of years ago, when the Raiders offense, after the game, said that the TB defense was calling out the offensive plays before they happened.)

I think the Steelers will get too much pressure on Warner for him to be very effective. The way Philly shut down the Cards in the 3rd quarter of the NFC championship, constant pressure on Warner, I think is what will play out for most of this game. If the Pittsburgh offense is even mediocre, they should win easily. If they're not, then it will probably be an ugly super bowl on par with the Pitt-Seattle one from a couple years back.
