Ithink poor Rocco just missed his chance... If he thinks there was a lot of pressure yesterday wait tomorrow (Monday). Head-to-head....
On Bowmans...
Tiger -333
Rocco +240
Big time favorite...If you think it's hard to meet new people, try picking up the wrong golf ball.

Tiger is wearing the Nike logo hat and jersey. No TW logo. That’s odd.

Any idea what time the playoff starts on tv tomorrow, and what channel?

Tiger is so good...seems like he's never missed a putt he needs to make. He is by far the mentally strongest athlete alive...and I didn't even need his commercial and his Dad to tell me that

Was a great round. Pretty amazing comeback from Tiger anyone notice his knee didn't act up untill the 18th? when he knew he could lose it *eye roll* LoL j/k just throwing some gasoline on the fire. Man Rocco could of put it away by 3 strokes, class act he is.

Could anyone see a tie tomorrow? Or does Tiger have this one in the bag? I think the course will be playing alot longer then yesterday. I hope Tigers knee holds up!

Rocco was a great "Role Model" for young golfers who were watching. Not once did he kick his bag, toss a club at it or mutter swear words under his breath. He was smiling, joking around with his caddie and having fun.
Rocco knows what it is like to play in pain, for years his back acted up on him.
You are correct, class act. Always has been a class act too.
I hope he wins today. My opinions are my own, I do not follow others.

Were you referring to Tiger's round? If so, I'd have to respectfully disagree. He certainly produced some excitement after his first two holes, especially that putt on 18. However, there were simply too many mental errors for it to be considered a best round. The second shot on the par 5 that was pull hooked into the ice plant is a case in point.

No --I actually should have said--"one of best golf games ever" I was talking about Saturdays round. As for today--I agree with Golfbum on Rocco's attitude etc---I was a little dissapointed when Tiger lost it. It's like anything else---you can't be perfect all of the time-------------
This afternoon should tell the tale.
Does the 2nd hole-n-one come easier ?

Uh Oh, Corky Romano will get smooshed today by Tiger *oowwwww my knee* Woods
...
Too bad I was totally rooting for Lee Westwood, in the end it was a pretty dull final round (apart from the final shot drama). They make the course way too hard, I want to see birdies, not who can avoid getting bogies, I actually fell asleep twice during that final round...

Golfbum, That bugs me as well...I wish the PGA would stop him from doing it. It must bring in HUGE cash for him. Note to Steve "We can see the logo on your sleeve bozo, we don't need the chest logo as well!!!"..I'm not saying the sponsor 's name as that would help Steve and the Sponsor...
But it's classless showing up his fellow caddies like that. At least that is how I see it...
I know, I know...he is just making a buck and good for him for being able to do it...I just hope he cuts his meal ticket in for his share...Because without Tiger who would care about this guy?
Who would know his name besides his mommy.....
Rant over...today will be a nice Monday...
Cheers

Funny thing is there was only pain on the shots that he missed.
No sign of pain as he moved hard to his left knee as he did a massive turn and frist pump a few times during the round.I've spent most of my life golfing .... the rest I've just wasted"

I'm sure Tiger could care less about what is probably pennies in comparison to his Endorsement contracts. As long as Steve isn't rubbing it in too many faces and causing a stir* over it, then Tiger probably doesn't care.
As for yesterdays round, yeah it could have been more exciting with birdies being replaced by bogies, but as the leaders came back, you didn't know who might have a chance at getting in there with a couple well placed shots.
I hope Rocco keeps his cool for one more day and plays his own game. If he doesn't get outside himself and they don't put the course back at 7,600 yards, then there is no reason why he can't leave Torrey Pines with the Trophy. I love his attitude towards the game and while its fun to see Tiger win, I want Rocco to take this one home!
* I never even noticed that Steve took off his bib before GB mentioned it.Let's put a Smile on that Face!

I go with no glove because of Rocco. He's been a favourite player of mine for years, & he gives great interviews. I know he will likely lose today, but he deserves respect for this tournament, and hey, you never know...

I didn't check the listings before leaving this morning, what channel is the playoff being televised on, specifically in HD?
Edit: Never mind... TSN.ca says they've got the first half and I assume NBC is picking up the back end.Let's put a Smile on that Face!
