This unit is made by Golf Mechanix, the premiere golf tool maker in the USA, Uses 3M reflective tape strips (not included but available on Amazon for cheap). The speed checker does not require software to run. Use it as is for speed, tempo and also
ball speed when setup for that purpose.

The ball trajectory software is sold separately and could prove a handy addition for more serious golfers if your run a win PC or android for your tablet/ mobile. The trajectory fitting software download ($75 not included) if you want to make it a real fitting tool and is available from GM. I went with the SC300i so this is available, Even if you purchase the tape and software it's a fantastic value under $200 for an amazing fitting tool.
