Looking for plumber /handy man
I got some water coming down along the wall to the washroom downstairs. Appears to be something is leaking upstairs and I need someone to check for the leak inside the wall
Any recommended plumber /handy man that find the leak and fix the wet drywall.
Not sure how they can find the leak (sensors ?) or have to knock down some walls first.
Thanks in advance for your help

We've had great experiences with John the Plumber for anything plumbing related - way more reasonable rates than the other bigger names. That said, I think you have a two-stage project on your hands here as they won't likely do any restorative work to your drywall, etc. Unless you find a generalist or a sub-contractor who'll arrange for everything - won't be cheap though.
A moisture detector (not sure what the technical name is) could help to pinpoint the location of the leak if it's happening behind a walled area. The only other thing I'd suggest is that you get going on this ASAP since water causes all sorts of damage over time...
