The Canadian - Great Customer Service

My company holds their golf tournaments every year at the Canadian and I've always been so impressed with their friendly customer service. I recently held the kick off day to the coed golf league I run at the Canadian and it was much of the same - great service. We had about 20 golfers show up at once and they had everything in order. When we were done, they had the table set up for us to enjoy a bite to eat in the bar afterwards. In addition, TV crews there to cover the coed golf league, which was great but this did hold things up, and again there was no problem. If you're thinking of holding a golf tournament, I strongly suggest the Canadian. They are fantastic.

I must agree. I play in two large company tourneys there in September each year, and the service really is exemplary.

For example: One year it was pretty rainy, but we still played. At the dinner afterwards there was a complimentary green fee at every table place.

Nice to hear that great customer service still exists. Many other courses could take a lesson from them. Chateau Cartier is a good place for tourneys too but I think they could use some of that extra customer service pizzaz you speak of.

Great Customer Service definitely goes along way especially where golf is concerned. It would definitely sway me going to one course or the other.

Yes, they have provided excellent customer service for the past 4 years which I attended the Candle-light tourney at the Canadian GC
