Anyone play the Canadian - East(9 hole) course recently?

east 9 isn't in good condition. I saw the funniest thing the otherday while playing. Its like they don't even care about those 9 holes. They were taking water out of the par 3 on the east 9 and putting it into the lake for the 18 hole course. It was hilarious. Perfect example of how they don't really care to much about the east. Its not even in 1/2 as good condition but that being said, their 18 hole course is in great shape

Yeah, I really enjoy playing the West 18 course and glad to hear the conditions are getting better each day. But the East 9 hole is my favorite 9 hole course and you usually don't have a problem getting a tee time. I find the West course always has a tournament when I try booking it.
Thanks for the update.

the east is my fav nine as well and must be really nice in july but for may.. I wish they put as muhc effort into the east as they do into the west but not to many people play it so why put the effrot in when you can put that towards the west. Anyway, if you play the 9 holes twice for $30 you are playing harder golf compared to playing the 18 holes. The east is a par 70 though. Slope is higher

I played at Canadian East 9 last Wednesday. The course was a lot drier than I expected but there was almost no live grass on the fairways. There was winterkill pretty much everywhere. Give it another few weeks and it will be fine (hopefully!).

The slope is 129 from the middle tees. For a 9 hole course, it has a bit of everything...water, doglegs, short & long par 3's and 4's...and the price is right. I find many of the 9 hole courses are executive style and they charge just as much as the Canadian East. Also, the pros are great there...I purchase my irons from them last year.
Hopefully the conditions will improve sooner than later. Thanks again.
