Anyone familiar with 'Reliable Home Environment' for furnace & A/C?

I'm looking to buy a new furnace and air conditioner. I've had a few quotes and I'm getting close to making a decision.

Does anyone have any experience dealing with Reliable Home Environment for this sort of thing? They appear to have good ratings on the 'Homestars' website but I never completely trust this kind of anonymous review site.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

I have not purchsed through them but do have a warranty and maintenance plan with them , they are excellent to deal with and the technicians are very professional
