Has anyone noticed the negative impact that the Fed Ex championship has had on the winner’s performance the following year? Has this been talked about already or elsewhere? <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

It seems to me that it’s right up there with the curse of the Oscar winner for Best Lead Actress. <o:p></o:p>

I’m not saying that it has ruined anyone’s career, not by a long shot, but historically, the winner’s performance in the following season has been poor. <o:p></o:p>
Tiger Woods, Vijay, Bill Haas, Jim Furyk…all poor seasons after winning. <o:p></o:p>

Just food for thought. <o:p></o:p>

Yeah poor them, to win the 10 million they won 5-10 million beforehand in tournament winnings and then only one 3 million the following year. Sucks to win 23 million in two years doesn't it? ha ha ha
