I hate the patriots but have to admit they're in the drivers seat. All depends who gets home field between Denver and New England. I think both can beat the Texans in Houston in the dome.
My Falcons have a 2 game lead to win home field in the NFC, but I really don't want to face the Packers, the rest I think they can handle. That was just a trap/let down game against Carolina, no biggie, looking ahead to this Sunday's game against the Giants at 1pm (BEER, HOT ITALIANS, CHIPS AND DIP, AND MORE BEER).Donny Vantage NFL Guru, since 1974

This evening's game between the Pats and the Niners should be a good one. With luck, the Patriots will emerge victorious, but it won't be easy. San Francisco has a very good team.

I took New England without hesitation in my pick'em pool against the spread. I dont think it will even be close, | think Brady et al go into the 40s again

As I feared, the Niners are playing very tough.

Sloppy first half by Pats. They play well in snow but apparently not rain.

I was surprised at how well the niners played. Every week there is a surprise. Who expected Eli to lay an egg?

NFL is a joke with these "defenseless receiver" calls. Isn't it the WR's fault for being defenseless? What is the defender supposed to do, tackle him after he catches the ball? Twice today I see flags for hits to the receiver's chest area!

I was at the Green Bay/Minne game on Sunday and it was crazy loud and the referees forgot what holding was on every big play that Minne ran. It was terrible and they missed the crucial in-completion that gave Minne the chance to continue their drive. Its easy to see how much holding there is on every play when you watch from the stands instead of on TV

And that game ended my bears playoff dream, and coach Lovie's career in Chicago.

Too bad, I am not sure how far my Packers will go but getting back key players will help.

Must have been awesome to go to the game. How was the tailgating? Was it comparable to Buffalo?

My predictions for this weekend's games are that the Niners will win against the Falcons, and the Patriots will best the Ravens - at least that's what I hope to see. I want to see the Pats and the Niners in the Super Bowl. That would be a hell of a game.

Interesting Donny.... I think NE wins.... and probably San Fran - although I hope the Falcons can pull it off...
Falcons are good but sometime.... I still can get over last week when Mike Smith went for 1 at the end of the 3rd quarter when they took the lead 26-7.... THEY had to go for 2 - Awful coaching.... I was yelling at my TV for them to go for 2.... It almost cost them.
White and JJ are beast and if Matt Ryan has time the Falcons will score...If you think it's hard to meet new people, try picking up the wrong golf ball.

I don't understand why some people find some much pleasure from other's failures? Jealous of their previous success?
