The weight stack has 240 pounds (24x10 plates) and with the lever mechanism and the bar the total amount of weight that can be lifted is close to 280 pounds. It will take you years and years of training before you outgrow this machine. Weight selection can be changed rapidly by just removing the pin and reinserting it to the dsired weight.
The total amount of exercises that can be performed is almost limitless as the bench can be removed for standing curls, low rows, lying triceps etc?
Squats and deadlifts can also be performed.
No rip in vinyl and overall in very good condition. Lat bar included.
It has to be taken apart for moving purposes but can be dismantled in 5 or 6 pieces for ease of assembly once you get it to your place. A van or a pick up truck will be needed.
Comes with exercise manual and assembly manual.
