    Thumbs up OH Canada!

No not hockey even though we won there too.

How about a guy who eagles his 17th hole on friday to finish above the cut line at the Tucson Open. He follows that up with a -7 and -8 on the weekend to win by 2 shots.

Congratulations to Ian Leggat with his first win on tour. I'll bet he'll be glad to not have to visit Q-school this fall.

Gawd its good to see another Canadian in the winners circle. I remember the days when he was on the Canadian tour . At the Eagle Creek Classic his caddy was his wife. If he went into a bunker he had to rake it himself...she didn't do bunkers.

    "Way to go Ian"

    Smile how happy is he?

    Is Ian Leggat happiest because:

    1. He got a fat paycheck?
    2. He got exempted for the next two years?
    3. He's higher on the tour money list than Tiger?

Personally, I think that after 10 years, Ian earned this win... another golden Canuck!

My guess would have to No. 2..Exemption. For the first time in his career he does not have to worry about where he is going to play. He now has a chance to earn some serious money. That's one nice contract
