Scotty needs a lie adjustment - where?

I was fortunate and snagged a Newport 1.5 from the Ottawa board a little while ago. I was able to cut it down to a 34 inch - but still need at least a 3 degree lie adjustment - is there anywhere in Canada that adjusts Scotty's. I'd much rather have this adjusted in Canada rather than going back and forth across the border.

I just got mine done. Golftown could not do it. I went with Don at Artisan Golf...
