    Best Pizza in Ottawa

So I'm watching the game tonight and I'm thinking that a nice pizza would be good. Problem is that I haven't found a pizza place that I like since I've been here. It's been months now and have only tried Pizza Pizza, and Pizza Hut, and it's not really what I'm looking for. My favorite pizza is from Pizza Delight, and for some reason there's none in Ottawa, hah.

Anyways if you guys have any suggestion, that would be great... I live in the central east part of Ottawa so the closer the better (but not too close so that I'll go every time I watch a game), and a clean place is a bonus too.

    Thanks.

Collonade, Prescott, Gabriel's, are all excellent IMHO
I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

In the days I use to go to the Prescott (on Preston)... and a draft to boot...
If you think it's hard to meet new people, try picking up the wrong golf ball.

The pizza at the Prescott actually only tastes good if you are drunk. Colonnade Pizza is the best in town imo.

I prefer to focus on the positive. If you drink, it can be good pizza. That's a compliment....kind of....isn't it? Think of it like beer goggles for your taste buds.

+1 for Louis, it beats Colonnade and any other I've tried in Ottawa. Lots of people haven't tried it since they don't deliver. The place is always packed too. Best pizza I've ever had. For delivery it's Willy's on Merivale.

    K&S "hands down" IMHO
    followed in no particular order
Colonnade (downtown better than Kanata), Louis in Vanier, Moes in Westboro and JoJo 's in Stittsville. And don't forget the Bella Vista Alta Vista by Bank st.

Newport (Richmond & Churchill), and Donna's (Churchill & Scott) are great too. Louis' is dynamite, and helped make me the man I am today, well at least physically.

Since I moved out to Barrhaven, I had to locate a new pizza place to get my fix, and I've found that San Marino (Jockvale @ Cedarview) is doing a pretty good job.

    Louis in Vanier by far.

Gloria's on Walkley use to be as good as Louis, but they changed owners and recipes.

The Secret to Louis is the egg bread dough. Way more flavourful. When you start with a pizza rust that is yummy on its own and then are generous will all your toppings, it can't be beat.

If Louis is too far, Colonnade is also good too.

Gabriel's is good as an alternative to pizza hut/pizza pizza but is more of an everyday nothing too awesome pizza.

Papa Sams if you eat there (best crust in town but tends to get soft if in a box for delivery) and Willy's pizza for delivery. We used to order from Gabriels all the time until we tried Willy's one day. Willy's has great wings too, as part of their Pizza and Wings special.

For old school pizza, Bella Vista (Bank & Alta Vista) my personal favorite
