    Free Electric Golf Carts

    It would appear that the US tax incentive program to get those old clunkers off the road has a few loopholes. The effect of these legislative gaffs is that you can, according to various news stories, effectively buy an electric golf cart in the States for free. The world never ceases to amaze me.
