Internet in Ottawa...

Hope you guys could help me.

My daughter is moving into an appartment in Ottawa. All she really need is an internet connection. What is the easiest thing to do.

Go with Rogers, Bell, etc...

Should she get a land phone line with internet (bundle) or can you just get a DSL connection.
