So, what is everyone's prediction? I am guessing Sens in 7

Good thing the Sens will be well rested and healthy, this will be a physical series. Detroit suffered when Schneider went down. Lidstrom and Chelios just couldn't maintain the pace. I would say that the Ducks will match up like the Devils did, with a bit more offence at the front end, and a bit less at the goaltending position. That being said, Giguerre is streaky.
The Sens will have to be just as relentless with the number of shots they take, and have all hands back on defence. If they keep working Murray's system they'll be fine.
Sorry Sens fans, you'll have to wait until the Cup flies back home with them. They'll win it on the road in game 5.When applying the Rules, you follow them line by line. You don't read between them.

Sens in 6. They will win it on home ice. The Ducks were lucky to tie it on a fluky goal in game 5 and then got a good break on the OT goal. Should have been 3-2 Detroit going into last nights game.
I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

Sens in the sixth---gotta be at home---maybe they will bring out Firestone and the boys--who would have thought back in 1993 it would actually be happening
Does the 2nd hole-n-one come easier ?

I don't see too many posts regarding last nights defeat , i'm sure everyone is a bit disappointed , but the long lay-off did not seen to favour the Sens , however there was definite hope there , even if they were outplayed for the most of the game.
The guys will bounce back and take the next 3 games , GO SENS GO !At the end of the day ... It gets dark

I think to almost win and play as bad as they did I am optomistic you will see a diff. Sens team wed. night.. They need to stop turning the puck over and get it in deep in the offencive end.. That being said the Ducks have a solid team.. They are big and mean no doubt about it.. I think its going to be a long hard series..

I'm with Lance, the Sens played their worse game of the play-offs and still only lost by a goal. The rust factor was there to some extent, but even more prevalent was the 'game shape' factor. Nine days off is not a good thing. I look for a bounceback game from the Sens on Wednesday and to see them arrive home with a 1-1 split.

i'm in Europe so i couldn't watch the game and had to wake up in the middle of the night to get the score! Luckily I'll be back for game 3 on saturday....by all accounts it didn't sound like they played well but they have bounced back after every loss so far....

I think it will be in 7. They aren't an easy team but we fell asleep in the 3rd! We'll see what happens I guess.

Yikes to Golfer Gofer---but I gotta say if they continue like Monday evening it will be over in 4--they seemed to forget what they were doing---or maybe the layoff was too long. I'm watching tonight but the hype is gone.
Does the 2nd hole-n-one come easier ?

The Hype is gone? SENS IN 5 can still happen, it's only 1 game!
This si what I take from game 1:
We suffered from the long layoff, played rather poorly and only lost by 1 goal, with a few mins left ... A lesser team woulda been crushed. We'll come back full strength tonight and tie up the series, then we get 2 home games.

Go pick some leaves off a maple tree, and roll 'em up. Gives you strange hallucinations, usually delusions of grandeur but in this case more of a hands-over-the-eyes-and-ears-la-la-la-la-la-la-I-don't-want-to-see-or-hear-what-I'm-seeing-or-hearing kind of a thing. I believe that sufferers of a certain mental disorder can now get prescriptions for this, but they tend to run out in April.
I think all the turnovers that the Sens gave up Monday were the sign of a team that has practised a lot, and not played very much lately. Hopefully they can get it together tonight.

I am looking forward to listening to the game over the internet tonight. I have every confidence we will win tonight and come back to Ottawa with a split.
