    Another newbie on the way

    Hello all.

    I've been reading these forums for awhile and with my move to Ottawa coming up I thought I'd drop a quick note and say hi. I'll be getting in to town around the beginning of May although how quickly I get out and play depends on when my wife is satisfied with the unpacking process.

    Other than a few people from work I don't know anybody in the area so I look forward to getting out and finding some new golf partners. I've got nothing against playing alone but it's way more fun with people you know.

    I'm going to be in town from April 10th to the 13th to take possession of my house and may bring golf clubs with me then depending on the weather. Perhaps I'll see some of you on the course if things go well.

    I can tell you from experience that you will have NO TROUBLE finding some new golf buddies around here.......................and some of em will be good guys to boot

    Toomorrow, the surround sound is working, I just haven't hooked up the Home Theatre thingys yet

    Good luck with the move, welcome to the site.
    Moved from BC a few years back to be closer to family here, you'll love it here and there's lots of golf courses.
