question about the face of scotty newport 2.5

are there 2 models of this putter? i seem to have been offered what im looking for, but sometimes there is a kinda hexagonal groove around the face sometimes not?

are there 2 models? different years?

The one with the Hex. insert is a Studio Style (the insert is made out of German Stainless Steel, this is the material Tigers putter is made out of)
The other would be a regular Stainless Studio.. without the insert.

The studio style is last years model and remains in the current lineup.. The Stainless Studio is a couple years back.

You got it.. Good luck. Since the studio style is a newer model you should have an easier time finding one.
