Electric push cart
Hello
I am looking to buy an electric push cart.
I have seen some good deals on marketplace and Kijiji
And pros and cons and ones to stay away from.
If I have to replace battery do I have to go back to manufacturer to buy
Or can I get from a battery store that seems to be much cheaper
Thanks

Couple things to consider:
1) Trunk space- Some are bulkier than others. Ease of foldability
2) Stability- Some are wider than others and have less chances to tip over-
Examples: 4 wheeler
3 wheeler with 1 rear wheel stabilizer
3 wheelerwith2 rear wheel stabilizers
3) Remote or no remote
4) Lithium or lead battery- For example: https://caddydriver.com/pages/specifications
Lithium
Power: 14.4V, 20 Ah
Average charge time: 4-6 hours
Lifespan up to 700 charges
Input: 100/240V AC
Weight: 4 lbs (2 kg)
Lead acid
Power: 12V, 33 Ah
Average charge time: 4-6 hours
Lifespan up to 300 charges
Input: 100/240V AC
Weight: 19 lbs (8.5 kg)

I have the https://alphardgolf.com/products/club-booster-v2 for about 2 years now and I like it. The battery runs for about 27 holes on single charged. You can get an extra battery for about $200 in case you play 36 holes a day. - I have never had any issue with it.

Keep an eye out for Stewart Golf Q-Series. This was a follow-on to the very successful X-9/X-10 series with a few really great improvements. Specifically, it folds really easily into a very compact shape for easy trunk storage. They have a battery which easily complete 36 holes (not that I do this often, but it is reassuring if I ever forget to charge the thing). The follow-features are great but not necessary, nor is the "Carbon" accents. JPSM Golf in southern Ontario is the regional rep for SG and can service the carts as well as sell all accessories. Highly recommended.
