WOW---I can remember when this kind of posting came up back in the day---you could spend hours reading about it. Sure Tiger pissed me off a few years back but personally everyone deserves a second chance; and to top it all off what single sports personality has made this much of a comeback ? It made watching golf fun again :-)
Agree Brian. Great to see him in the hunt. Wishing him all the best in the near future. Good for golf
not a big Tiger fan but I am a fan of the 'underdog' and have found myself pulling for him to do well the past couple of months. Driver let him down on Sunday but man was he ever dialed in with his approach shots, it was like watching him 10-15 years ago. He made some great putts too. Great for the game of golf.
Kudos to Koepka, he is a force.
I spent the week inside the ropes at the PGA Championship in St. Louis. I too am not a huge Tiger fan, but you have to give credit when it's due. He's made considerable improvement this season but he still has a way to go to get back to where he dominated nearly every week. I think the one thing he will never obtain again is his ability to intimidate the field. There's just to many good young players today that grewup watching Tiger's magic and they too have become fearless of anything or anyone. The young guns today on tour thrive on going head to head with the worlds best.
