EAGLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have flirted with eagle putt attempts a good dozen times. Finally did it today.
Riverbend #17 Par 5:
- Tee shot to the 150 yd marker
- Second shot on the green pin high but right
- Putt - 15 footer with a 1.5 ft break right to left - nothing but cup.
The crazy thing is that this is the same hole that I got my first birdie on, and the Riverbend is the first course I broke 100 on.
If you want a confidence boost, play the Riverbend.

Damm---I came close this week too --same course--same hole--:-)had a putt on the fringe but got caught in the longish grass---they are a little behind in their grass-cutting---their greenskeeper was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery a couple of weeks ago---I meant to play Riverbend earlier--my mistake :wallbash--but the little bird was good too :) The greenskeeper is recovering too :-)

That makes a lot of sense. The greens were long, and some of the holes look like they have been there a little too long (rounded edge). Overall the course was in good shape. And there was a guy out mowing when we started the 10th.Quote:
