When I started hitting balls at the range it was a little weird, but the visual feedback was good in indicating what went wrong and where in the swing. After using it for a few weeks I went from a mild slice to a mild draw.
It is always in my trunk and when I have to wait somewhere I pull it out and use it to work on my tempo and timing, it's great just for that too.

Yes some drills are in the series. The ad has to be cheesy unfortunately. I've almost every training aid. No kidding I even have a swing jacket. you name it. The only one I use now is a momentus for warming up. The rest. are collecting dust or have a new home.Quote:

Just my two cents it's really how you learn. I admit it may not work for some people.
