I assume flights will be set based on number of applicants. No?
Flights will be determined by field. Divided equally into A B C D. If you have ever played any Flagstick events they are top knotch. The Shootout at Snuggkers is like a tour event.
Yep I I agree with lance....I'll be trying to play all 3 events..you won't find better run events in the area!!
Where do you find any info on these events?
Scott, I played the Flagstick event at Brockville last year and throughly enjoyed it. Top notch!
At a handicap of 12, I was near the top of the D flight.
Information for the eQuinelle Flagstick open can be found at :

Thanks for the info. Will definitely be registering ! Now when does it open...:)
Ummmmm, interesting... I am guessing you need a valid rcga cap right?
Is the smugglers glam open cancelled?
I couldnt find it on the internet.....link?
Registration is now open for all three flagstick events. Links are:

Equinelle Flagstick open: http://flagstick.com/flagstick-open-at-equinelle/
BCC (Brockville Country Club) Flagstick open: http://flagstick.com/bcc-open/
Hope to play the last two, as my cap is not low enough for the first event.
BCC open last year was great and I fully expect eQuinelle open to be another awesome event.
I will pass on Brockville. That course KILLS me!!!! Too much shaping for me.
Ha, you're a legend!!!! I know what you mean though, there are a few holes I'm not a huge fan of. That said, I really love the old school layout and course overall. One of my favourites in the region.
Just registered for Equinelle. Not good enough for Smugglers and not a fan of BCC, so I will pass on that.
Flagstick Shootout 2013 at Smugglers is taking applications:
I have never played in any events like this...
Where would a 5 handicap fit it? A? B?
Do they play right from the tips at eQuinelle?
Sounds like a great event!
I was a 5 Cap the Flagstick BCC event last year. i was in B flight. These are by far the best run events in the area and only getting better every year!
Registered for both. Having a tournament in May is tough though, especially with the late start to the season.
Denis, i like the one in May, gives me something to get ready for, although i have signed up for it, not sure i can get in this year....They are getting better and better players every year. Its going to be tight!
