My bad. I'm actually starting to believe Martin's B.S. thanks for bringing me back to reality CPA.

Anyone figure out who SAP was and what the deal between him and Martin was.
Martin's latest crap.
Due to the overwhelming number of LX Pro orders we're receiving, we're having to re-think our business strategy in order to offer a better service and quality products.
GSA Golf is not really geared up for high volume low priced production and support so we've had to remove the lower priced LX products from the product range for the time being.
LX Lite and Duo are thus on hold until further notice and the LX Pro is now only available with full version 97 course software.
Some were saying that having the LX at less than half the price of the main competitor sounded like it was cheap and not credible anyway.
The old LX Surround has been re-named "LX Monitor" in order to prevent confusion with our new stereoscopic LX Surround.
Also, some have been criticizing that our product range is way too big and thus confusing.
Well, we're not exactly a one trick pony golf simulator company like some of those others out there but admittedly the range is getting a tad too big - even for us.
If all goes well with the LX Surround (coming later this fall) then we'll probably remove the entire PX and CX range as most will prefer the systems that can measure ball spin.
The PX2 optical sensor club tracking mat may be on the block soon too.
Talking of optical sensor systems, we heard that a competitor golf simulator company is saying:
"The problem with GSA Golf is that they use antiquated diode systems".
I'm assuming they mean optical sensors (which - by the way - are NPN photo transistors fellas and not diodes ).
Guess they haven't checked our product range for a number of years. If they did then they'd see that all our major systems are camera based.
The joke is that this comment comes from a golf simulator manufacturer that makes systems using 2D photographs of courses instead of 3D graphic rendering software and thus save all the tens of thousands of man hours required to develop such 3D graphic software i.e. They can't figure out how to make 3D golf course models and real-time rendering software so go out and take a few snaps of the golf course and say "Hey Look! See the realism of our course renderings"
And it doesn't matter if the photos are high resolution or not, they're still - completely still and lifeless in fact - 2D photographs.
I remember golf simulators back in the 80s that used this method so if they want to talk about antiquated systems then they should have a good hard look at what they're offering first.
Okay, just wanted to get that off my chest.
Yes dropping a product you never got to work and that you never sold to a customer......
What is the definition of delusional again?
Martin Paul Gardiner
Electronics and software development engineer and founder of GSA Golf
Mounting and aligning two separate cameras for stereoscopic image processing can be a bit time consuming so we'll offer the LX Surround in one large case with the cameras pre-aligned.
Pre aligned for what? Didn't the surround start and then die in this single box? So the picture changed so Martin can buy another year of deception.
Show us the spin cam works. Then give it to your customers who purchased systems with spin cam first. Then you can post actual user reviews of the spin cam.
Unless of course, you are using a new spin cam that works and are letting all other customers with systems with the old spin can have no recourse.
Keep screwing up Martin. All my cards are still in play. My team is watching you crash, then we will make sure you burn. Stupid boy!
I Agree POESTER.
Martin Send me Spin Cam Flash unit then I will review your Spin Cam.
I have Matin's Spin cam (It doesn't works).
ASIA Golf show GSA Asia booth No.C4517 next your boot is Foresight dealer's booth.
I Find GSA Asia company in Guang Zhou Dong Guan the Chinese Company(东莞市宏仕高尔夫设备有限公司) is not exist.
The Chinese company address is China country side small villige?
Hi SOP,
Are you going to the Asia golf show?
Can you ask Martin where the GSA Asia is? Tell him the address is wrong?
Just needs to put a projector in it and can rename it AG studio.....but wait I hear AG actually is a product and works.
Martin claims that the spin cam is ready. There is no evidence to support that. The spin detection from the ceiling mounted cams will be different than the floor mounted system. mmlincon are you still around?
AND NOW Martin HAS............. Wait for it,..........

LX Surround C
Zmax & bubba should start taking bets on What's next and what will get finished first. Or whatever.
With all these wonderful, new ideas popping up every other day. When would he ever have to time finish just one LX pro?
I cant believe I have been following this bozo for over a year along with this forum hoping with all hope that everyone was wrong and actually had faith he might come through on the LX Pro.
I am such an Idiot!!!
The overhead club cam was and still is a joke. The LX surround is just two cams working in stereo. If he ever finishes it, it will also be a joke. Incorporating the club cam into the LX surround makes absolutely no sense.
Finishing the overhead spin cam(s) would have been a smart move as it would have also kept the PX systems valuable. Once the overhead spin cam system is finished, it would be easier to finish the LX launch monitor.
My wild-ass guess is there's a technical issue(perhaps with timing) that he can't crack, so his mind has been wondering and thus coming up with stupid ideas....
Welcome jsantos and sorry. I hope all are reading this forum. We have been saying this for 3-4 years. Soap is there a GSA Asia?
And now we have "LX Surround Modules".
Will it ever stop?
He has run out of excuses for the lack of production on the "LX Pro" so now he is commenting on Windows 8 video drivers not compatible with his prior code. Apparently this dip**** has never heard of "DirectX". Had he coded his software properly, he wouldn't have any issues porting over to Windows 8. Oh... Wait! I have to keep reminding myself that everything on his website is crap just to buy himself time and make himself look good. The truth is right now he has nothing except a case that doesn't perform the way he was hoping.
Right Martin. Why don't you just try telling the truth for a change. At least then you could have open and honest dialogue with all of those you've been leading on.
Yeah, I'm still here. Just don't know what to add it's just been ridiculous. Well we now know the reason for the outrageous price for the spin flash - it doesn't work! Glad I didn't drop coin on that fart in the wind.
There is still a slim chance I may try the LX since I have the cams and software already, but the price will have to be right. So far it's not even close. Of course as far as I'm concerned the LX doesn't exist yet. All these excuses and major sales are just a bit too convenient. I suspect this sucker is just down right inconsistent on whether it reads a shot or not.
As to the stability of the LX case.....Ah, you actually think this thing (prototype) has seen a second of daylight, let alone been on grass? That will be in the LXProII that comes with an extra wide shock absorbing base for a mere $2000 more! Even though we said all along that the LXPro could do this. Point is where are the outdoor shot samples? This is one of Martins "It should work" so I will say it will. Kinda like the spin flash :)
Eh, apparently I had something say after all. LOL
Mmlincon, winter is coming. What are your plans?
There's a pic of 10 or so cases. Wonder if actually had more made. Send them all back. Lol
Good to hear from you mm. What at your plans? Did you ever get the club cam working? Spin cam was a No, right?
I have no idea what I am going to do at this point. The garage is still full of boxes so I'd have to move them to storage to have a spot for the sim. I'm probably going to play the indoor league again this winter.
Eh, club cam wasn't great. I got the face angle working pretty good for my swing but the clubhead speed was never right. Fortunately for playing it used the ball speed so it wasn't that big of a deal. All in all the sensor mat was better. The cam has some benefits but not enough to where I was satisfied with it. It was not a good trade up.
Oh and that brings up another gripe with Martin. I've been upgrading with him for quite some time and I always have to pay more. For example I asked for a quote on the LX. He says it will be $500 off the list price if I have the cams. Really? The cams are $800 ea. Shouldn't 2 cams be worth $1600 off list?
Oh, yeah spin cam - NO
Yup, that's Martin for you. Switching to Protee has turned out to be a brilliant move for me and others as well. I have a feeling the LX, if he ever finishes it, it will still not be anywhere near as good as the GC2. And the GC2 is not even a perfect machine. So, to money in the LX is like throwing money down the toilet IMO.
Thanks bubba22. And also thank you for helping me make the decision to switch.
No problem. Your input, testing and online organization has made ProTee a much better sim. To bad Martin did not recognize this!
Yeah, unfortunately, I'm thinking you are right. I wish you were wrong but I just have to agree at this point.
