Conference Phone

Hi Fellas---would anyone have a used conference phone for sale or one I could borrow. I'm hosting a meeting in Ottawa and one participant is in Halifax. I have tried the ordinary cordless units that have that feature but the incoming voice is not loud enough---------or where they can be purchased ? Ottawa.
