Yup, that is the first official word of an opening... a sure sign of spring coming.
Looking forward to seeing the clubhouse finally open after all these years. Mr Lacasse says it is magnificent inside.

Do most courses have a reduced rate at the beginning of the season or to regular rates apply from the beginning for most, Eagle Creek included?
Some do. Eagle Creek usually does not
Dan,
Did Andre say anything about increasing green fees because of the opening of the new clubhouse?
Thanks

Hi
My first post - I played Eagle Creek for the first time last year. As a 3rd year golfer who shoots in the high 80's low 90's I had to wait until then to justify the cost.
.Is it the best course overall in town?
It seemed like a fair course to me, not too hard (heck I broke 100 first time there!) but I am sure that for players that hit it further, it could be a real challange. I played the Dome last year, my hallway is wider than some of the fairways, it was depressing. Eagle Creek was in great shape too, I just wish it was a little less money, but I guess it really is a good deal at $75.00.
Eagle Creek will remain at the current $70 :D
I think they are being pretty optimistic w/ a April 18th opening. That's six weeks away, have they looked outside lately, another storm she's a coming. I hope they are right.
EC opening early... that should be cccccooool....
no pun intendend....
I was starting to think this would never happen. Congrats on EC. I think I'll find a way to play up there this year.Quote:
