If anyone saw this, its an advantage to the player when he asked the official to drop his ball so not to hit the inbeded camera in the sand trap. His lie was like a 'fried' egg and now he gets a free drop 1 club length behind the ball and his ball has a good lie!!! I dont get this? Should he not...

This happened to me this week. Hit a shot where i saw my ball go into the yellow stakes area (water) but there is a O.B. next to it where my ball ended up. Is this considered a lost ball or is it ball a ball in the hazard? Thanks

Anyone seen the local rule e-5 posted anywhere they have played. Do you just go ahead and play by that rule anyway. Seem that the local rule should have been made the standard and the old rule should have been the local rule. Yet to see the new local rule posted anywhere.

Player A hit ball way left, outside the golf course property. Way left is a lake with red stake around it. Left of the lake is land and property fence. Ball flew over the read stake area, over the fence... Is ball out of bound or can player A drops by the red stake?

Not sure if there is a rule or is it etiquette. Where is the correct place to leave a rake, in or out of the bunker? I always thought in but saw during the women's US Open yesterday they are out, and by 2-3 feet.

My ball comes to rest somewhere in long fescue grass. I see a ball but am not able to identify it. I gently spread the grass apart and see that the ball is mine. Must I now put the grass back into it's orignial position so as not to improve my lie? Thanks !
