Hole #14, sign says: Free drop off rocks. Member drives ball in the woods on the left, in red stake area and ball come to rest on a rock. Does he have free drop? Sign didn't say drop was limited to fairways...etc. Personally I'd say no...

Not sure if there is a rule or is it etiquette. Where is the correct place to leave a rake, in or out of the bunker? I always thought in but saw during the women's US Open yesterday they are out, and by 2-3 feet.

Can anyone shed some light on the 'new' hadcp system? Just read that they are going back to the 'old' system we had a few years back. Max of double boggie on all. When does it come in effect? Thanks

My ball comes to rest somewhere in long fescue grass. I see a ball but am not able to identify it. I gently spread the grass apart and see that the ball is mine. Must I now put the grass back into it's orignial position so as not to improve my lie? Thanks !
