Playing Loch March for the first time on Saturday. Is this comparable to Greensmere Legacy where the driver stays in the bag or is it a bit more forgiving? I watched some of the videos and layout they have online and it looks quite challenging. Any playing tips?

I hate the new GPS carts at Nation. It cost me over $90. for a round and the damned cart stopped everywhere forcing me to back out in super slow mode. Even 1 wheel off the fairway made it stop. I will never go back.

I was there today. I was surprised at how good the greens were rolling, considering we're in March. Had two temporary greens though, but was just so nice to just be out there. I didn't find it too wet. 25$ plus Hst is not a bad deal right now, and it showed because it was packed!

My question is Why do golf course crews work in a clockwise direction when cutting grass, etc. Every course they always cut holes 1-18 vs the common sense 18-1 route. Today at Pineview we had the same mower follow us for 6 holes. Why not go in the opposite direction so I only see you once...

We played Dragon Fly on Friday. I have not been up for a few years. What a great surprise. Lots of improvements and a well maintained course with extremely friendly staff. 68.00 with cart and tax and well worth the drive. It was green ALL OVER :-):-)
