Whats in the bag 07 Style..

Well no one has started this thread "officially" so lets get it rocking.. The season is comming soon!

I have made a pretty drastic change going with a bunch of TaylorMade..
I need to add a 60 degree TaylorMade Rac TP black Y cutter and I will be ready..
Oh and maybe a TaylorMade Staff Bag
Heres what it looks like so far. I will post pics in the near future.

Driver - 10.5° Nike Sasquatch Tour shafted with Fujikura 757 Speeder
3 wood - 13.5° Titleist 957F shafted with UST proforce fairway
Hybrid - 19° Titleist 585H shafted with NV Hybrid (may put a Proforce or V2 in this)
Irons - 4-PW TaylorMade Rac TP2 shafted with Nippons
Gap Wedge - 50° Vokey Satin finish
Sandwedge - 54° TaylorMade Rac TP black Y cutter
Lobwedge - 60° TaylorMade Rac TP Y cutter (still looking)
Putter - Scotty Cameron Studio Design 1, headcover 07 Hula

    Backups:
Driver - TaylorMade 510TP shafted with Fujikura 757 Speeder
Irons - 3-PW Tourstage Z101 shafted with Nippons

    Me next, me next:

Driver: Bridgestone J33P 10.5* w/ SK Fiber Revolution Lite 1
Fwy Wd: Bridgestone J33 18* w/ Fuji Vista Pro 60
Irons: Bridgestone J33 Combos 3-PW w/ Black Golds
Wedges: Precept Prototypes (model for the current J33 wedges) 52/60 w/ Spinners
Putter: Have a Laguna classic, but don't want to game it. The search continues.
Ball: I will be playing the Bstone E5, U-tri Tour and possibly the B-330s.

Also have some Bstone gloves on the way, and maybe a tour towel. Might try to grab a Bstone umbrella to round things out.

All in the Sun Mountain carry bag, but really want a Bstone carry bag.

    Anyone see a trend here?

    Talking

    OK I'm in..
I have always used a mixed bag of clubs. However this season I'm going to start out using the Cleveland Hi-Bore 10.5*, w/ Grafalloy Nano Proto shaft.
I think the Ti 460 is an awesome club so I'm dying to try the Hi-bore.
Woods: 3W is the Titleist 904F w/ speeder shaft. Love the set up.
5W is the Cleveland Ti 19* .. easy to draw.
Irons: I'll use either the Tourstage Z101's or Bridgestone J33 combo's.. either one will have Nippon PRO shafts. Got to go Nippon!!
Wedges: Taylormade Rac 52*, Bridgestone J33 black 56* and 60*
Putter: Scotty Cameron.. undecide which one. Probably my custom Studio design
    Ball: Tileist PRO V

And if you ever get tired of those J33 wedges I have a couple nice Precept Protos I'd swap you for them.

Not sure of the exact CC, but the Hi-Bore is not 460. I think I heard somewhere around 400ish, but most likely smaller than that. It can't be 460, because the new XL model is larger than the original.

4* is prolly the max and then that will change bounce -4*. Your call.

Ooops since these are gunmetal they may not be bendable.

They can be bent, not a true gun metal. I'll look into it to be sure.
But does this mean you want the Precepts back?

    Man, we are terrible.

yep...If I can find some y-cutters at a good price I will throw those in. The problem is they don't make one in 50 or 51 Degrees and I can't bend a black one. Fact is I love the Clevelands but would love to try the y-cutters to compare.

Oh, and I do still have the Rossa Daytona at home. Also have a Titleist bag since I don't like the fit on the TM bags.

Have some other candidates for the bag...3 or 4 more drivers, Wood Bros CBs, and a Vokey SM 60.08 for soft conditions.

I might sell the 510TP before I get a chance to even hit it, but we'll see.

It's such a Geoff thing to do tho.

I have gone to the absolute bottom of the barrel this season in my attempt to quit 'hoing . As I played in November and December this year with backup clubs and lay arounds and shot better than I had all season, I decided to just keep them in the bag for the upcoming 2007 season and get rid of everything else.

Driver - Integra 400, Dynamic Gold stiff Steel at 44". (Also just put together a DGS300shafted Taylor Made 510TP and DGS300 Cleveland Lancher 460Ti for fun and to keep the old Integra honest.)

5-wood - My old Goliath Genesis 21* 5 wood on DGS300 (affectionately known as "The Magic 5-wood")

Irons - 3-9i Hireko Acer XDS2 Pro, Dynalite Gold S300 shafts

Wedges - PW, AW, SW, LW Hireko Acer XDS2 Pro on Rifle 5.5 shafts

Putter - An old chipshotgolf.com Odyssey Rossie 2 copy that was lying around for years

Ball - Whatever is on sale (Currently fully stocked up on Top Flite Z-Balatas thanks to a big sale at Canadian Tire)

The 588s jon got from me look very much like the TA1 Gunmetals at first glance
They are however more of a gray finish and even prettier than the Gunmetals IMHO
