So what's the good word on the hotel situation, we all want to try and book into the same hotel and grab a bunch of rooms? Poker chips for this time around are an absolute must as well.

Just a heads up to all the players, once again I will need your handicap factors one week before the event. So be sure to start keeping track of your scores from the start of the season.

For those that don't have a factor, please use the handicap software Dan provides on this site. I need proof of this factor, be it from this site, your home course or the GAO program. Thanks for your understanding and co-operation in this matter.

I have booked 11 rooms at the Best Western for the TGN crew. A few of us are heading down the Friday to play a round of golf at Trillium, so we'll be staying 2 nights.

I got us a rate of $109/night for double occupancy....

I was frankly afraid that I'd be sleeping on a cot in hoolio's room. I'll book it if you want. I am also driving to this event in a big car if anyone needs a ride friday return (hopefully) sunday. would be extra interested if this person would be able to drive my car from Trillium Woods to Best Western Friday after the practice round.

Odd... the Best Western website allowed me to get to the information entry page for 3 rooms (more than 3 you have to call). Maybe its a screwup in their booking system though.

I booked a room at the best western using my government discount ($95 per night). Would be nice to get everyone at the same spot. I would suggest "trying" to book as soon as possible.
