    Match Play or Playing with Matches

    Forecasting these matches is as dangerous as playing with matches. Thank goodness for Tiger and Darren. They are the only chance that I have to stay ahead of Steve -- assuming, of course, that he too did not pick both these fellows and did not miraculously latch onto the surviving players. Next year my strategy will be to pick 4 of the seeded players and to pick 3 underdogs (like Haas, who just got in at the last minute) and cross my fingers. It can't be any worse than my well-considered, but ill-fated picks this year. Golf truly is the only game where hope springs eternal and disaster lurks around every corner. Ain't it grand!

    I think these 4 (Woods, Scott, Clarke, Toms) would make the best matches for Sunday.
